Sorry but refunds are not possible. Please read #3 here.

You're asking for a refund a "few minutes" after you've downloaded our entire download section? According to our download logs, you not downloaded just "a theme" but ALL our themes - including the SMF 1 versions, source files and icons. Because we're unable to check whether you will be using one of these (premium) downloads, a refund is not possible.
