Cargo theme fluid width?

Hi, I am new to smf and plan on starting my first forum! I really like the cargo theme but can I tweak it myself once I purchase it? And can the width of it be fluid? I already searched "cargo fluid" and nothing came up.

Yes, you may do anything you want with our themes as long as the Dziner Studio copyright remains in the footer. The Cargo theme can be set to fluid width if desired.
