I believe it is somewhere in the ManageBoards.template.php file. Why, what do you plan on doing with it? I wouldn't go poking around in that file if it is not absolutely necessary.

i have a question. see up at the top of the picture you linked? where it says mystic jade? how can i change that, while still keeping the theme.

Just change the logo.png image found in the themes images folder (images/custom/logo.png)
