Arranging sub-titles of the topics

Is there a way to arrange sub-titles of a topic like having 2 sub-titles  in each line and not having them all side by side? Thank you.

First of all, I have absolutely no idea on what you are asking? Second, this sounds like something that SMF could answer better than we can.

Btw, the link that you provided is chock full of popup spam, in fact it froze up my browser. And, the ad on the right is way too annoying for me to revisit the site a second time.
Can you post a screenshot and more detail of what exactly you are needing?

I believe that this is done with a custom mod. Try inquiring at SMF and maybe someone can direct you to the proper mod. Or try searching in the Custom Mod library.
