Text is cut off when I cut and paste

I am trying to cut and past the following text into a post, but every time I do it, the post is cut off after what looks like a few hundred words.

I have my text limit set to '0' so this shouldn't be happening?

Found the issue... hope this helps others.

When the text got to a section that ran: You will not post links to “warez”

The quote marks are "curvy" (that's the best way I can describe it) as you can see, above.

It seems that the theme running on my site, ie: ds-natural, (or the language support for it?), has a cow when it sees those curvy quotes in a cut and pasted document.

I also found that by converting the forum database to utf-8, the problem went entirely.

I had the same issue with a hyphen a while back. I normally never converted to utf-8 but found that it is a good idea.
