Important question for dziner team...

I have a designer that's going to be putting together a forum for me. He mentioned that if I buy one of your subscription plans for a paid template, you guys will also design me a header graphic for my site, free of charge. Is this correct?

If so, can someone tell me what the process is and provide me the link to send my specs over once I purchase a plan?

Wow, NOBODY knows this answer?! I can tell the customer service is already going to be a problem with Dziner. Why? If I can't get an answer when I'm looking to give you my hard earned money, I can only imagine how long I'd have to wait to receive a reply under normal circumstances.

Sorry, don't mean to be rude, but, where are the mods in here?!

There are only three staff members here and we are all volunteers. Your original post was merely a few hours ago and we cannot be here 24 hours a day. And yes, there really is no room for rudeness here. Every member here is treated fairly, with respect and each issue is addressed in a timely manner. Being rude will only result in your posts being ignored.

That being said, I have no idea who told you that we will provide custom graphic work simply for purchasing a subscription. There is no mention of such service anywhere in any membership agreement or terms. In short, although there are volunteers here that may be able to assist, nobody here is under any obligation to provide free or paid custom design work.

I suggest that if you desire custom design work then you should post in the Graphic Request boards and see if someone is willing to help you. I also suggest that you post in a respectful manner and keep the rudeness at the door.
