Who do I report copyright issues to?

A site I know of is using a DS theme but has removed the DS copyright. I sent a PM to the admin back in October about it (I don't visit this site/forum much) and got a response of "Why is this any concern of yours?", even though I have "SMF Project Manager" in my signature. The copyright is still missing, so who should I report that to?

I've since had my account deleted from that forum as well (along with my support post about an error I was receiving with this guy's software). Apparently he didn't like me saying that I'd report it to you guys since he clearly didn't care...

Thanks for reporting although unless you can prove that the owner of the reported site isn't a former club member, there isn't much that can be done.
