I've used the mod previously and got my assistants from the author of the mod @ his site...

dude, i installed that mod and it works only for the default theme

not for other themes..... and in inferno theme, there is no Board_index_template.php file

How to do this ?

I can't really tell you off the top to be honest... It's been awhile since I have had a SMF forum up to do any testings of any mods installed... Sorry

I can tell you that I have used the mod before on another theme rather than a default theme.. The theme I used it on was inferno too (again, this was awhile back)

I know I gave you a link to his site, but I believe he also runs this site as well.

You can read through a few threads and maybe get an answer to help solve the problem you are having. I am sorry if I am not being much help here a the moment.

To be honest, I wouldn't know... Sorry

From what I can recall, I believe some themes allowed you the option to enable the search function, but then again I don't recall if this was available on purchased themes or free themes.

This was available in the admin panel. Have you maybe looked under the current theme options?

Yup, I will not be repeating this....actually, there were no response to the topic which I created. Hence thought to ask Fil. for the help as he was helping me out here
