How to activate the theme templates Zentoa to Social Networks?

Hello guys. I am Brazilian and got the theme Zentoa. I have a SMF forum (obvious huh XD) and would like to know how to activate the templates of social networks (twitter, facebook and RSS).

Zentoa is a premium theme, and since you didn't pay its authors for it, you won't get any support.
