Outline Modification (Add a tab with HTML page)

I'm using the Outline theme 2.0 and love it. I had a request from my client about adding a new tab (called About) and have some simple html (basic text and a photo or two) on that page. I'd like to add About after Home in the tabs. I can't seem to find a way to do that. Is that possible? If so, how please?
