By the way.. DzinerStudios "SHOULD" make a campaign to fight the cracked versions of the premium themes, because I found tons of cracked "DzinerStudio Premium" themes.

There's not really much that can be done TBH. It's not like web-hosts are gonna boot their customers out for using a theme without paying for it.

If you can prove it, most web hosts will respond appropriately to a DMCA notice.

Maybe DZ can provide each of it's customers with a unique ID? could that work?

Apart from the impracticality of actually building such a thing to work, it would also cause potential issues with folks like me that run multiple sites using DS themes, and people like ARG who do DS theme customisations.

The only way to truly make this work would be to offer themes only to those who purchase hosting from DS and load any theme to the account for the user. Then certain permissions would be required to allow only uploading of files to your account but disallow downloading of files from your account. This would make things extremely difficult and time consuming to those who desire to make any theme changes as the user would be forced to hard code and re-design any images that they desire to change or ask us to make changes for them.
It just wouldn't be practical.
