Not certain what you are asking, but the theme  a premium theme so your need to join the club:

And yes you'll need to have SMF 2 RC3 installed and up and running to use it, and if your are in need for a costume theme  there are at least 3 team members here that can do this for a fee, depends on what all is needed by you!

Hi Maxx, i known this theme is for paid premium, and I am wondering how much should I pay for SMF 2.0 RC3?
and I have a site to be designed, can Dziner make the design for me? and I want to know the price.

The SMF 2 RC3 is a open source software and you need not pay for it, But the Theme will install through the SMF package, by following simple instructions, If you like to request that someone installs the SMF system to your site I sure someone here will be willing to help you. Some hosting Companies have this pre-installed the Version 1.1.11 so you can just upgrade it from there, you may want to contact you host first and see if it's allowed and if they can do it for you, or if you can do it yourself through your Admin Control Panel!

If you then need a custom theme G! or someone will help you with this!

Any image can be changed to suit your needs including the background. The layer in question is semi-transparent but can be made fully transparent very easily.
