I agree needs some spicin up. I dont like the colors and its just like circle...
You should try white and blue instead of red. Verticle text is not really nice and the font is, well it dosnt really match. Id use a more simple one like ariel everyone has ariel.
I would also add a few more smaller circles in one transversal direction like going up.
