Problem with SA Facebook Connect Integration

hello ! i am trying to install this mod : SA Facebook Connect Integration  and  the facebook connect button does not show up  on my index.php page like the default theme! and if i click on the login button to insert my user and pass , under the boxes i see this :  Fatal error: Call to undefined function show_facebook() in /home/djkaftos/public_html/fatsabook/Sources/Load.php(2085) : eval()'d code on line 63

Im pretty sure this has been explained in the mod's thread on SMF whcih yopu shoudl check out Here or at the Sleepy Arcade

i install the mod and it's working fine on the default theme but its not working on the dziner studio themes!

You need to manually edit those theme's index.template.php most likely

I have the same problem, manually modify the theme but I can not make it work.

The theme is ruined after editing. Suggestions please.
