i really like this tutorial only when i tried to do it, i got stuck on the bit where you have put go to filter> distort> and randomize 12x i dont under stand this bit because i have cs3 and it come up loads of options could you let me know how to do it please or what to click on thanks

This means you need to click on the randomize button about 12 times and then press ok.

Go to distort -> wave -> keep default settings and press randomize about 12x
