These are the original js files and they do still work. I tried the menu in a Custom HTML block of SP and it worked just fine.

Double check if you didn't forgot a step or something on your end.

Which CSS file did you put it in on SMF 2.0? My photo isn't showing up along with the transition not working on my website...

For SMF 2.0 put it in index.css file.

Maybe I'm uploading them to the wrong root file? I'm uploading the js files to /themes/flagrantly (the one I'm using). Should they be in the actual root?

Ugh, not sure why but I can't get any images to show up now in there. Were you able to load images in yours? I have it set to even do an imageshack URL as one of the photos, just in case my paths were wrong, and it's still showing up as blank.
